It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Viola (Mother Lamb) after a short illness at the Barrie Manor at the age of 105.  She was the beloved wife of the late Lawrence (Bill), and pre-deceased by her daughter Suzanne (Jim) and son Beverley.  Grandmother of Dale (Terry), Lisa and Trina (Keston).  Great grand mother of Jayvian and Freiga.

Viola enjoyed her life of many years.  She did farming, factory work, and was a maid on the lake boat on Georgian Bay.  Viola also did a lot of traveling from cruises to camping.  She is now at rest with all her family and siblings.  She will be missed by her close friends, Vivian MacDonald and Joan Pero and many more.

A visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home in Elmvale from 11 am – 12 pm on Thursday, May 7, 2026.  Funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 12 pm.

Interment Waverley Anglican Cemetery.
