It is with the heaviest of hearts to sadly recognize the unexpected passing of John Lenard Pershick, age 60, of Elmvale, Ontario, he passed away suddenly as his heart stopped between the late to early hours of October 7-8/2025 in the privacy of his home, it is believed John did not suffer, nor was he aware of his own passing.

Thanks to his colleagues and friends who made a welfare check, John was found quickly, but was unresponsive.

John Pershick was a dedicated Father to his two daughter's Jessie and Genna Pershick, and was a loving Pa-Pa to his only Grand-Daughter Izzy Pershick. John always traveled great lengths to be there for his kids, he was a good Dad, and will be missed so much. John was a beloved brother to his siblings, they made many memories over the years. John was always trying to capture them on camera. 

John worked at Lake Country Office Solutions as a tech and software engineer, was professional, ethical, and good at what he did. John was a mentor, and a friend to colleagues, and clients alike.

John Pershick, the Original Rocket Man, with his intellect and curiously creative mind, John made rockets engines fly into the sky, so fast, all types, and was on the Board at Cambridge Rocket Club for many years as a trusted, admirable member.

John also loved cars, was a true "Do It Yourself-er" when it came to car maintenance, minor repairs, audio systems, you name it, he could do it. John was good at alot of things from being a Dad, to solving computer problems, while building rockets, and giving advise with life or know-how pro-tips, John was your man. While also being somehow stoically reserved and private, John liked to keep to himself, and was a true introvert.

John Pershick, born May 1/1964 and died Oct.7/2025 leaves behind so many relatives who will dearly miss him:

John Lenard Pershick was always reaching for the sky, and now his spirit is resting up there among the stars, watching as a guardian now.
