Passed away peacefully at his home in Victoria Harbour after a lengthy battle with cancer.  He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Anne Marie, their son Alexander (Erika), daughter Marion, his grandchildren Kai and Ren and his mother Ingrid (Max).  He was predeceased by his father Gerhard Bade of Port Sydney.

Gordon attended Sutton High after which he went to trade school to become an automotive technician. He worked at several dealerships before retiring from Barrie Ford after combining over 40 years of service.

The Bade family wishes to thank Dr. Kent Russell and staff at RVH oncology department, Dr. Sean Robinson, Bayshore nurses and Kate his volunteer, who have helped Gord and his family over the past years.  Your support has meant the world to us.

At Gordon’s request, his cremation will be a private service for close family members only.
