Beloved wife of the late Al Rowat (2021). Much loved mom of Deborah (deceased 1989) Robert, Susan (Stu), Sandra (Dave), Alan, Barbara (Barry), Stephen (Laurie). Step mom of David Teece, Randall Rowat. Grandma to Stephanie, Lisa, Ryan, Kyle, Anthony, Sheila, Jenny, Melissa, Jamie, Perry, Julie, Nicky. Great grandma and great great grandma. Loved sister of Bill Nicol (Dorthy deceased) Jim Nicol(Lynn deceased). Predeceased by parents Aubrey and Alice Nicol. Elsie will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and her cherished friend Stanley.
Mom we have been blessed with your love and now we have an emptiness that will one day be filled with wonderful memories.
Mom was a master seamstress, enjoyed quilting, embroidery, crocheting, knitting, preserving and of course entering all her heartfelt work into fairs where she received many ribbons for her amazing creations. We all have something that she made especially for you that we can treasure and pass on.
